Computer Repair/Service Technician
The Computer Repair/Service Technician course is designed to give students skills necessary to compete in today's fast paced IT environments. Upon completion, the graduate qualifies for entry-level Computer/Service Technician positions. Students learn the Microsoft Windows environment, a basic understanding of the Office Suite of Programs, familiarity with PC Hardware and peripherals, and other common office procedures. Students are able to enter entry-level positions with wages ranging from $10 to $17.50 per hour. Coursework and materials provided in this program is based on the A+ Certification Program. The Prerequisite for this program is Micro-computer Operator. This class is an intensive 12-week "Hands On" program conducted in a work-simulated environment. Instructors are industry-experienced with the up-to-date knowledge that cares about your future and career.
