Administrative Assistant I & II
The Administrative Assistant I & II courses are designed to give students occupational skills necessary to compete in today's fast paced business environments. Student's coursework covers Introduction to the Microsoft Windows environment, Office Suite of Programs, Alphanumeric Indexing, and other common office procedures. Upon completion graduates are able to enter entry-level employment with wages ranging from $10 to $14.50 per hour. CTS graduates qualify for many types of administrative positions, some of which are listed below.

The Administration Assistant I class is an intensive 8-week "Hands-On" program that is conducted in a work-simulated environment. The Administration Assistant II class is an intensive 9-week program that provides more advanced skill training that builds upon your knowledge gained from the first course. Classes are provided by industry-experienced instructors who care about your future and career.
